position advertisementJob Description Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council (MLALC) operates under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 (NSW). MLALC seeks suitably qualified applicants for MLALC Property Manager position.

MLALC, in accordance with objects of all Local Aboriginal Land Council, role is to improve, protect and foster the best interests of all Aboriginal persons within the Council’s area and other persons who are members of the Council. MLALC has responsibilities to preserve and protect all Aboriginal cultural heritage within its prescribed boundaries that covers 24 Local Government Areas.

MLALC are seeking a Property Manager to manage MLALC properties and assets. Position will lead, assist and support MLALC day-to-day roles and responsibilities for all MLALC properties and assets. And to work in collaboration with MLALC housing officer for management of MLALC housing & tenants.

Location for position is MLALC office Level 2, 150-152 Elizabeth Street Sydney NSW 2000.

Salary range is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 pending experience and qualifications. Position also includes superannuation and MLALC is a registered charity whom is also able to offer salary sacrifice to its employees.

Position is full time and is a 32 Hours per week role, and it involves work outside standard work hours 9am to 5pm with travel requirements. And capacity to complete position with flexible work hours.
